Join Douglas College for their “Bugs with Benefits” UNIBUG 2014 Forum on Saturday, March 29, 2014.
the forum starts at 10 am with refreshments and mingling at 9 am. It features a keynote by Elizabeth Elle, a pollinator expert from SFU, in conjunction with the official launch of new pollinator activities, as well as a bee house making tutorial. The forum will be held in lecture hall 2201 at Douglas College’s New Westminster campus (700 Royal Ave, about 1 block north of the New Westminster SkyTrain Station).
The forum is free and everyone is welcome. The talks are geared for a general audience, so no background in science is needed. Attending in no way obligates anyone to join the UNIBUG Project (though people would be welcome to do so). Refreshments and door prizes will be on offer.
