Goodness Grows Gardens grows year-round microgreens, plus seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fresh and everlasting flowers. We are ultra-local focused, based in North Vancouver with a few growing locations during the summer season. We also make small-batch preserves with local ingredients. Our name, chosen by founder and operator Laura Kaario, is based on the belief that good things can grow to have a big impact, like a small seed can grow into a large plant. Our aim is to produce nutritious food and beautiful flowers that are good for our bodies, community, and planet Earth.
