GardenSmart Workshop: Canning 101

Learn how to capture the taste of summer sunshine in a jar for those cold winter nights. Natalie from Homesteading Mama’s will take us through the basics of water-bath canning and preservation techniques. Observe a live demonstration and you’ll have lots of opportunities to ask questions! No experience necessary. You will learn all the bascis including supplies and kitchen prep, how to prep fruit and veggies, the water bath canning method, and other tips and strategies for canning at home!
