Christine’s passion for being outside and engaging with the environment started at a young age. During her time working at Concordia University’s urban agriculture centre, Christine discovered her passion for farming. Since then, she has been learning and teaching critical farm skills in rural and urban settings, from downtown Montreal to the Yukon, to Vancouver Island and now North Vancouver.
Christine believes and works towards creating green spaces filled with food and knowledge in urban settings that are accessible and open to as many folks as possible. She hopes that in growing good food together, as a community, we can create a venue to care for each other and our environment. Her favourite vegetable is cabbage.
