This is a casual, fun yoga class in a beautiful farm setting. We will be targeting typical gardener body complaints by releasing the lower spine, shoulders and developing core strength. These particulars are favourites in any yoga class so really it’s a class that could suit anyone. We’ll take advantage of the abundance of fresh air by treating ourselves to some breath work and contribute our exhalations to feed the plants that feed us. Loving to laugh is always a part of a good yoga practice but we’ll be creating some peaceful moments too and enjoying the delightful connection with the land that produces such beautiful food for our bodies.

There will be three month long sessions throughout the summer running in June, July, and August. All classes will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7pm-8pm. Registration is paid by sliding scale for a full session, and funds support the Edible Garden Project.

JUNE – AUGUST sessions are on Tuesday evenings, 7pm-8pm.

Fees are sliding scale $40-60 for full session (4 classes) or $10-15 per class.
